Different versions of Jem were released each
year Hasbro manufactured Jem dolls, starting with the amazing Jem/Jerrica
in 1985 & ending with the lacklustre Rock n Curl Jem in 1986. Some
dolls had different names for different places, the same name used in
America, Australia & the UK but changed in parts of Europe, particularly
Holland. At the end of Jem's life Hasbro announced another series of
Jem featuring the Rock n Romance Jem doll, one example allegedly turned up
on Ebay, but really this doll is more of an urban legend. |
